World Missions requires a Commitment Form (originally known as a pledge) to be completed for each missionaries' records. The total amount of each missionaries' Commitment Forms must match their budget before they will be allowed to leave for the mission field.

An Automatic Monthly contribution can be accomplished by using an Authorization Agreement Form. By filling out an Authorization Agreement Form and mailing or faxing it to the General Council Contributor Services Department, your monthly contributions can be made hassle free. Your credit card or debit card will automatically be charged the designated amount on the 20th of each month.
